Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Salmon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Olive oil or Butter
- Lemon
Procedure
- Evenly slice potatoes, put in a bowl, and add olive oil or butter to coat the potatoes
- Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix the potatoes to have it evenly coated with the oil and herbs
- Shingles the potatoes and put them 425F oven for 30 minutes
- While waiting, evenly slice the lemon.
- Coat the salmon in olive oil (this can be skipped if you use butter)
- Salt and pepper the salmon
- Once the potatoes come out, put the salmon on top of the shingled potatoes
- Put small cubes of butter on the salmon (this will melt in the oven and baste the salmon)
- Add some sprigs of thyme or rosemary atop of the salmon (or butter if you used butter)
- Put the sliced lemon on top of the salmon
- Put everything in the oven for 15 min or so
